Contract: Zero Hour
Salary: up to £12.21 per hour plus gratuities

Our Food and Beverage Assistants have a comprehensive knowledge of menus, ingredients, and daily specials.

In this role, you will provide consistent, excellent service, demonstrating courtesy, professionalism, and passion. You will also help drive sales within the F&B department and serve as an ambassador for Champneys.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the F&B area is well presented, inviting, and up to standard
• Having full knowledge of dietary needs and nutritional information to advise guests
• Being knowledgeable about all food & beverage menus to assist guests with queries
• Taking reservations, placing orders, and delivering food & beverages
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in working and dining areas, including cellar spaces
• Preparing restaurant and bar areas for service according to standards
• Serving guests, upselling where appropriate, and maintaining sales displays
