Contract: Zero Hour

Salary: up to £12.21 per hour plus gratuities

Our Food and Beverage Assistants are expected to have a comprehensive knowledge of menus, ingredients, and daily offerings. The role involves providing excellent, courteous service, driving sales, and representing Champneys positively.

Responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring the F&B area is attractive and meets guest standards
2. Having knowledge of dietary needs and nutritional information to advise guests
3. Understanding all food & beverage menus to assist guests effectively
4. Taking reservations, delivering orders, and serving food & beverages
5. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in work and dining areas
6. Preparing restaurant and bar areas for service according to standards
7. Serving guests and upselling where appropriate
8. Rotating stock and maintaining sales displays
