Responsibilities include:

1. Mise en place / food and beverage preparation
2. Receiving and storing goods
3. Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
4. Preparing for food and beverage service
5. Cellar operations
6. Setting up outlets for service, cleaning equipment, preparing stations, serving beverages, recording stock, billing, and ordering supplies
7. Building effective team relationships
8. Participating in meetings and cross-training at reception
9. Performing additional duties as needed

Ideal candidate:

• Experience in the hotel industry is essential
• Flexible with day and night shifts
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
• Team player with good communication skills
• Self-motivated and helpful
