Food & Beverage Assistant Full Time/Part Time

Overview

This role offers a great opportunity to learn and grow within our dedicated Food & Beverage team at Cycas Hospitality. We are the first dual-branded hotel in Slough, operating Marriott MOXY and JIM's Kitchen & Bar, and we value a team that delivers positively outrageous service.

Responsibilities

1. Mise en place and food and beverage preparation
2. Assist with receiving, storing goods, and cellar operations
3. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
4. Prepare for food and beverage service, including cleaning, setting tables, serving beverages, and recording stock
5. Establish effective working relationships and participate in meetings
6. Cross-train at Reception and perform other duties as required

Qualifications

• Excellent attitude and professionalism at all times
• Numeracy and literacy skills
• Ability to work as part of a team with strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and helpful attitude
