Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least one year’s experience in a similar role and will have the ability to deliver excellent service to our guests.

We are looking for someone passionate about hospitality, reliable, and willing to learn as part of this growing team.

Duties will include:

1. Ensuring that designated areas are cleaned to the Company standards to guarantee excellent hygiene in all areas.
2. Helping control costs through ordering stock and minimizing waste.
3. Dealing with any reasonable requests from guests professionally.
4. Striving to anticipate customer needs and reacting to them to enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Ensuring all Health and Safety and Fire Safety standards are maintained.
