The Food & Beverage Assistant will be guided by our values to lead by example and inspire the team every shift, ensuring the highest standards of service at all times.

Roles & Responsibilities

Primary objectives for the Food and Beverage Assistant include:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the Café to maximize business opportunities in line with the company’s business plan.
• Providing an exciting, healthy, innovative, and quality food and beverage service to meet customer needs while increasing profitability.
• Delivering the highest standards of customer care in a safe environment by guiding, caring for, and assisting customers with their choices and use of the catering facilities.
• Ensuring excellent presentation of food and beverages at all times.
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
• Being aware of health and safety issues, implementing and assessing procedures, and highlighting best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Preferably holding a recognized qualification in Catering or a related subject, along with a First Aid Certificate and Food and Hygiene Certificate. Strong knowledge of the leisure industry or a related sector in a small/medium enterprise is desirable.

Additional Information

Title: Food & Beverage Assistant

Reporting to: Food & Beverage Supervisor

Annual Leave: 28 days’ paid annual leave

Pension: NEST Auto Enrolment after 3 months
