Job summary

Hillier Garden Centre in Hampton in Arden is hiring two friendly Garden Centre Assistants (Food & Beverage) to join our team. Working within our Restaurant, you will serve food and drinks and maintain high customer service standards.

These fixed-term roles cover peak trading; guaranteed 10 hours per week with more hours during busy periods. Pay is up to £12.71 per hour, with actual pay in line with National Living Wage requirements.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
• Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving food and drinks.
• Making hot beverages, including coffee.
• Handling customer queries and payments.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety and presentation.
• Clearing and cleaning customer areas.
• Replenishing stock and displays.

Hillier Garden Centre atHampron In Ardenis looking for twofriendly and enthusiastic Garden Centre Assistants (Food & Beverage) to join our team.

Working within our Restaurant, you'll help create a welcoming experience for customers by serving food and drinks, preparing hot beverages and maintaining high standards of customer service.

These arefixed-term roles to cover business requirements through the peak trading period, expected to end on 31 January 2027, although this may be reviewed depending on business needs. The roles offerguaranteed 10hours per week. Additional hours are regularly available during peak trading periods, so we are looking for candidates who can offer flexibility to increase their working hours when required.

Hourly rate of pay up to £12.71 per hour. Actual pay will be determined in line with National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage requirements.
