Job summary

Hillier Garden Centre Bath is seeking a friendly Garden Centre Assistant (Food & Beverage) to join our cafe team. You will serve food and drinks, prepare hot beverages and deliver high standards of customer service in a welcoming environment.

This permanent, part-time role offers 14 hours per week on a rota basis, with some weekend work. Additional hours may be available during peak periods; pay is up to £12.71 per hour in line with wage requirements.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude and good customer service are essential.
• Team player who can work in a busy environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends.
• Experience in hospitality, catering, retail or customer service is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to cafe visitors.

Hillier Garden Centre atBath is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Garden Centre Assistant (Food & Beverage) to join our team.

Working within our Cafe, you\'ll help create a welcoming experience for customers by serving food and drinks, preparing hot beverages and maintaining high standards of customer service.

This is a permanent role with guaranteed 14 hours per week, worked on a rota basis, including some weekend working. Additional hours are regularly available during peak trading periods, so we are looking for candidates who can offer flexibility to increase their working hours when required.

Hourly rate of pay up to £12.71 per hour. Actual pay will be determined in line with National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage requirements.
