Job summary

Elite Hotels is seeking a team member to carry out table service in the Restaurant department, ensuring the 4 Red Star and 2 Rosette standards are upheld. You will work with an excellent team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will need to understand daily menus, lay up tables, and prepare mis-en-place for each service, contributing to a positive, high-quality dining operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-standard restaurant service.

• To check and prepare mis-en-place for each meal service.
• Correct handling, storage and cleaning of all food service equipment as detailed on the work plans
