Qualifications

• Deliver table service to meet 4 Red Star and 2 Rosette standards.
• Familiar with daily menus and mis-en-place.
• Prepare and lay tables to correct standards and maintain cleanliness.

• Check and prepare mis-en-place for each meal service.
• Ensure correct handling, storage and cleaning of service equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• To assist the Senior Team with the service of food and beverages, ensuring the 4 Red Star and 2 Rosette standard is maintained
• To be familiar with and understand the day’s menus.
• Lay up tables as per the correct standards
• To check and prepare mis-en-place for each meal service.
• Correct handling, storage and cleaning of all food service equipment as detailed on the work plans
