Job summary

Elite Hotels is seeking a team member to carry out table service in the Restaurant department, ensuring the 4 Red Star and 2 Rosette standards are upheld. You will work with an excellent team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will need to understand daily menus, lay up tables, and prepare mis-en-place for each service, contributing to a positive, high-quality dining operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-standard restaurant service.
• Ability to understand and work with daily menus.
• Focus on maintaining high cleanliness and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Team with service of food and beverages while maintaining 4 Red Star and 2 Rosette standards.
• Familiarise with and understand the day’s menus.
• Lay up tables to correct standards.
• Prepare mis-en-place for each service.
