Job summary

• Previous waiting experience is an advantage but not essential
• Bar experience is desirable but not essential

Responsibilities

• Assist with the service of food and beverages, maintaining high standards
• Lay up tables for the restaurant and prepare mise en place
• Provide warm, welcoming service to breakfast guests and communicate effectively
• Ensure guests are served to the highest standards and contribute to a positive dining experience
• Work as part of a team under the Breakfast department and report to the department manager
