Job summary

Elite Hotels in Hook is seeking a front-of-house team member to provide table service in the Restaurant department, maintaining the highest quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction. You will work within an excellent team to deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

You will assist with service of food and beverages, aiming to uphold the 4 Red Star and 2 Rosette standard, be familiar with the daily menus, and lay up tables to exacting standards during each service shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in table service is preferred.
• Familiarity with daily menus is helpful.
• Ability to lay up tables to standard.

• To assist the Senior Team with the service of food and beverages, ensuring the 4 Red Star and 2 Rosette standard is maintained
• To be familiar with and understand the day’s menus
• Lay up tables as per the correct standards
• To check and prepare mis-en-place for each meal service
• Correct handling, storage and cleaning of all food service equipment as detailed on the work plans
