Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Exeter is looking for a friendly Food & Beverage Assistant to join the restaurant and bar team. You will be the face of the hotel, delivering warm, welcoming service to guests and helping ensure a memorable dining experience.

You will work with a vibrant team, stay energized during busy periods, speak confidently with guests, and take pride in high standards. The role offers training and opportunities for progression within our hospitality program.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and provide friendly service in the restaurant and bar.
• Assist the team to deliver great guest experiences.
