Job summary

Hoar Cross Hall in Staffordshire is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Assistant - Breakfast to create memorable guest experiences across our restaurants, hotel and spa. You’ll welcome guests, deliver attentive service, and help maintain high standards in a busy, luxury setting.

The role involves preparing and running breakfast service, supporting front and back of house, and taking pride in excellent guest interaction. Zero-hour contract with shifts 06:00–12:00 and typical four days per week.

Qualifications

• Have previous hospitality or food & beverage experience.
• Have knowledge of food hygiene and quality standards.
• Have confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Have great communication and people skills.
• Have a positive attitude and passion for outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and looking after guests with warmth and professionalism.

• Confidently running a section during breakfast.
• Answering guest questions in a friendly and knowledgeable way.

The Role

As a Food & Beverage Assistant - Breakfast, you'll help create memorable experiences for our guests across our restaurants, hotel and spa

You'll be:

About You

You’ll need:

Even better if you have:

• Have experience in high-volume service
• Have food Safety training or a relevant qualification

Additional Information

• Zero-hour contract
• £12.71 per hour
• Typically, 4 days per week
• Shifts covering daytime, 06.00am - 12.00pm
• Hours can range from 6 to 16 hours per week
• Full flexibility is important
