As an F&B Assistant, you will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building relationships with both regular and new guests. Developing excellent product knowledge to make menu and drink recommendations that delight our customers.

• Prepare for service
• Work independently or within the team to restock, clean, and prepare the bar and restaurant for upcoming service
• Deliver great service by taking customer orders quickly and accurately, communicating special requirements to the kitchen, pouring and serving drinks according to standards, and keeping all areas clean and tidy
• Monitor customer satisfaction and take appropriate action
• Complete check-backs, address customer feedback, resolve issues, or seek support from the duty manager as needed
• Operate tills and payment systems effectively, process cash and card payments, and ensure correct change is given
• Coordinate emergency responses, including leading evacuations, offering first aid, activating safe places (Ask Angela), and contacting emergency services as appropriate

This is a casual position involving shifts across operational hours (06:00 – 00:00), including weekends and bank holidays. Hours are not guaranteed and may vary weekly.
