Food & Beverage Assistant

Champneys Springs

Contract: Zero Hour

Salary: up to £12.21 per hour plus gratuities

Our Food and Beverage Assistants have a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients, and what is available for that day.

In this role, you will provide consistent levels of excellent service, be courteous, professional, and passionate about our work. You will help to drive sales within the F&B department while representing Champneys.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the F&B area is well presented, inviting, and meets guest expectations
• Having a full knowledge of dietary needs
• Providing information on calorific values and nutrition to advise guests
• Knowing all food & beverage menus to assist guest queries
• Taking reservations, orders, and delivering food & beverages
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in working and dining areas
• Preparing restaurant & bar areas for service according to standards
• Serving guests and upselling where possible
• Rotating stock and maintaining sales displays
