Job summary

The Imperial London Hotels Limited, Bedford Hotel in Bloomsbury, central London, seeks a warm F&B teammate to join our Food & Beverage team. You will prepare and service drinks to brand standards, manage Micros orders, set up the buffet each morning, replenish stock, and deliver outstanding guest service.

We offer a 40-hour, 5 of 7 days weekly rota with opportunities for progression within our Botanic restaurant and hotel operations, alongside generous staff benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a Food & Beverage environment, ideally in hotels.
• Natural flair for customer service and a passion for food & beverage.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Team-oriented attitude and positive, caring personality.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks to brand standards.

We’re looking for a warm and welcoming individual to join our dedicated Food & Beverage team at our hotel in Bloomsbury, central London. As a key member of our team, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay in our F&B Outlets. You will be preparing, and servicing drinks based on our brand standards, processing orders accurately in Micros with minimum error, setting-up the buffet in the morning, replenishing stock levels during service and delivering outstanding customer service to our guests.

Our welcoming restaurant is enchanting and ambient providing a fantastic spot for pre-theatre meals or cocktails.

What We’re Looking For

• 1 year experience in a Food & Beverage environment as a Host, Food & Beverage Assistant or Bar Tending , ideally in hotels or similar environment
• A natural flair for customer service and a passion for food & beverage
• Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern: early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Team-oriented attitude
• Positive and caring personality
• Professional proficiency in English

Desirable (not essential but a plus!):

• Experience in the hospitality sector
• Proficiency in multiple languages
• Knowledge of Miros (POS System)
