Imperial London Hotels is seeking a friendly BarTender/Barista for The Imperial Hotel in Bloomsbury, central London. This 40-hour role across a 5 out of 7 weekly rota involves preparing and serving barista beverages and cocktails to brand standards, processing orders in Micros, and delivering warm hospitality.

We’re looking for a warm and welcoming individual to join our dedicated Food & Beverage team at our hotel in Bloomsbury, central London. As a key member of our team, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay in our F&B Outlets. You will have experience in preparing and serving barista style beverages and/or cocktails/mocktails to brand standards, processing orders accurately in Micros with minimum error, setting-up the buffet and replenishing stock levels during service and delivering outstanding customer service to our guests.

About The Role

We’re looking for friendly, adaptable Bar Tender / Barista to support service across restaurants and bars. You’ll help deliver warm, efficient hospitality while supporting a dynamic team.

• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and support guest needs.
• Prepare beverages, light food items and pastries.
• Clear and clean service areas and assist with events setup.
• Handle cash and operate tills accurately.

Who You Are

• Customer-focused with good face-to-face service skills.
• Confident communicator with good spoken English.
• Flexible, reliable and comfortable in busy environments.
