Hetland Hall Hotel in Dumfries and Galloway is seeking a part-time Food and Beverage Team Member to join our established team. Reporting to restaurant management, you will help deliver outstanding service and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

As part of the RAD Hotel Group, Hetland Hall Hotel offers on-the-job training, staff meals, and opportunities for progression. Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, are available.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and midweek shifts.
• Friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude that makes guests feel welcome.
• Previous restaurant or bar experience is helpful but not essential.
• Clear communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Take orders accurately, suggest menu items, and create a memorable dining experience.
• Deliver food and drinks to guests efficiently.
• Keep the restaurant and dining areas clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service, even during busy periods.
