Novotel Coventry is seeking enthusiastic, guest-focused staff to join our Food & Beverage Team. If you enjoy fast-paced hospitality and delivering excellent service to hotel guests, this role is for you.

You’ll provide counter and table service, know the menu, keep areas stocked and spotless, coordinate with the kitchen, and uphold high hygiene and safety standards. We offer hands-on training, Accor discounts, complimentary stays, meals on duty, parking, and ongoing development to grow with
