Job summary

Holiday Inn Leicester is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the F&B team and guarantee memorable guest dining experiences. You will oversee service, assist with food and beverage preparation, and maintain high health and safety standards in a bustling hotel environment.

The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. The position offers a competitive annual salary (£20,607.60) plus service charge, based on a 30-hour week over five days,

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Food and Beverage team as they carry out their duties

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
