Job summary

Holiday Inn Leicester is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our team. You will greet guests with warmth, handle inquiries about hotel services and local attractions, and support guests during their stay with a professional, guest-focused approach.

You will act as the face of the hotel for guests dining, using meeting spaces and visiting in-house facilities. The role requires a natural hospitality flair; full training is provided and shifts may include evenings and weekends.

£26,436.80 per annum/ £12.71 per hour, 40 hours per week over 5 days

We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Receptionist to join our team.

First impressions are everything and you willset the tone for every guest’s stay.With a genuinely warm welcome, you’ll be ready with answers to any questions and be ableto offer information about hotel services, facilities and the local area. Anything to help make the guests visit that bit more special.

You will be the face of our hotel, not just to guests staying on property but to guest visiting to use our restaurants, bars and meeting rooms.

You must have a natural hospitality charm and a passion for service.

Ideally you will have experience of working within a branded hotel environment but this isn't essential and full training will be provided.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
