Job summary

Holiday Inn Leicester is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team, driving guest satisfaction and supporting dining room service, banquets, and related events. You will lead front-of-house operations, ensure service standards, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Part-time role (30 hours weekly) with competitive pay (£20,607.60 p.a. plus service charge) and opportunities for career growth within Valor Hospitality Partners' portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Food and Beverage team as they carry out their duties.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
