Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Leeds is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the team during evenings, overseeing Restaurant & Bar and Meetings & Events to ensure a memorable dining experience.

You will deliver top-notch service, coordinate events, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and health & safety in a fast-paced hospitality environment with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in a hotel F&B supervisory role is desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Food and Beverage team as they carry out their duties.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
