Job summary

Sofitel London Gatwick is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to assist the F&B Manager with day-to-day operations across all F&B outlets. You will lead by example to create memorable guest moments and provide a personal experience for every guest.

In this role you will manage a team, ensure service standards, perform stock checks, and help train colleagues to uphold the hotel’s luxury standards. Experience in a similar role at a 4-star hotel is advantageous.
