Job summary

Radisson Blu Heathrow Hotel & Conference Centre in London is seeking an F&B Supervisor to support the F&B Manager with day-to-day operations of all outlets. You will lead by example to deliver a personal, memorable guest experience in a 4-star setting.

You will supervise the team, cover all areas of F&B, conduct stock checks, help train and develop colleagues, and uphold high service standards with a calm, proactive approach.

• Providing high quality service and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative.
• Very good at multi-tasking and remaining calm under pressure.
• Smart and professional appearance.
