Job summary

Sofitel Heathrow is an award-winning hotel connected to Terminal 5 with 605 rooms and multiple dining venues. We seek an F&B Supervisor to support the F&B Manager in daily operations across all outlets and to ensure memorable guest experiences.

You will lead by example, manage the team for excellent service, and participate in stock taking and staff training in a fast-paced five-star environment near Heathrow.

Qualifications

• High-quality service and attention to detail come naturally.
• Able to take initiative and work with a positive attitude.
• Smart, professional appearance and strong guest focus.
• 5-star hotel experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the F&B Manager with day-to-day operation of all F&B outlets.
• Lead by example to create memorable moments for guests.
• Manage the team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Work in all areas of F&B outlets and support stock taking.
• Assist with training employees.
