Job summary

Renaissance London Heathrow is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to provide attentive service across our outlets. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and help create memorable experiences in a fast-paced hotel environment.

We offer a salary of £26,520 plus tron, 28 days holiday (enhanced after five years), free meals on duty, and uniform provided. Join us for a role with opportunities in a vibrant, luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks in our assigned Food and Beverage outlets in a friendly and timely manner.
• Taking the time to listen to the needs of our guests and building natural rapport.
• Making knowledgeable suggestions and recommendations on the food and drinks that our guests might enjoy.
• Raising bills and taking payment.
• Clearing and re-setting tables.
