Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor in Farnborough to lead our F&B team and ensure exceptional guest service. You will assist in food and beverage service, maintain dining area standards, and support event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Food and Beverage team and ensure service standards.
• Assist in preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in dining areas.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest queries and complaints.
• Support with setup/clearance, stock replenishment and inventory tasks.
• Coordinate and execute events and special functions.

£27,476.8 per annum/£13.21 per hour, 40 hours per week across 5 days

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the Food and Beverage team as they carry out their duties

Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.

Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.

Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.

Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.

Desired Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable but not mandatory.
