Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant to be at the heart of the guest experience in our Nottingham hotels. You will deliver exceptional service, help with food and beverage preparation, and assist with events to ensure a memorable dining experience.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests.

• Support the Food and Beverage team with setup, service, restocking and inventory tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.

Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.

Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.

Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.

Desired Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable but not mandatory.
