Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to deliver exceptional guest service within our UK hotels and dining venues. You will assist in food and beverage service, maintain dining areas, and support events with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

The role is based in Leeds with a 40-hour week over 5 days, offering £26,436.80 per annum and a comprehensive rewards package including staff discounts, meals on duty, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.

Key Responsibilities
