Job summary

Valor Hospitality in Eastleigh is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant for casual, on-site shifts. You’ll help prepare and serve food and drinks, maintain a clean dining area, and deliver friendly, efficient guest service.

This role offers flexible hours, opportunities to learn, and staff discounts across Valor properties. Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not required, and you’ll be supported by a collaborative team dedicated to memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, ensuring health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
