Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor in Leeds to manage the restaurant and bar teams and work across meeting and events. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, with mainly evening shifts and a 40-hour week.

You will oversee service, ensure health and safety standards, and provide top-notch customer care in a fast-paced hotel environment. Competitive pay includes service charge and progression opportunities within Valor Hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Food and Beverage team as they carry out their duties.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.

£27,809.60 per annum/ £13.37 per hour plus service charge, 40 hours per week over 5 days

Key Responsibilities
