Job summary

The Edwardian Manchester Hotel is recruiting a Food and Beverage Steward to join our kitchen team. You will play a key role in supporting the kitchen brigade, maintaining service standards in a fast-paced setting, and assisting with crockery and staff restaurant duties.

We are currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Steward for to join our kitchen team at The Edwardian Manchester Hotel.

Overview:

• An amazing opportunity to join one of our Hotels as a Food and Beverage Steward.
• The job of Food and Beverage Steward is very important to the smooth running of the Kitchen and Back of House operation.
• You will be working a fast-paced operation where service and standards are the forefront of our brand standards.
• The F&B Steward role is to support the members of the kitchen brigade at all times.
• Cleaning and managing the crockery.
• Assisting with maintaining the staff restaurant.

About You:

• Must be able to demonstrate a positive attitude and apply the best of your knowledge to the task in hand.
• Awareness of manual handling techniques and kitchen health and safety.
• Basic understanding of spoken English.
