Job summary

Edwardian Hotels London is recruiting a Floor Manager for Peter Street Kitchen at The Edwardian Manchester Hotel. You will lead daily floor operations, ensure service excellence, and inspire a passionate team in a luxury dining environment.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, building guest relationships, coordinating with the kitchen and management, upselling to guests, and upholding health and safety standards to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as Floor Manager or similar in high-volume premium or luxury restaurant.
• Passion for food and guest experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commercially aware with proactive problem-solving.
• Ability to stay calm in fast-paced environments.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

We are currently recruiting for Floor Manager to join Peter Street Kitchen team at The Edwardian ManchesterHotel . As Floor Manager, you will lead the restaurant operation on the floor, ensuring service excellence, team engagement, and the highest standards of hospitality at all times. About You:

• Previous experience as a Floor Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role within a high-volume premium or luxury restaurant.
• Passion for food, beverage, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
