MOTLEY
Eat, drink and hang out at MOTLEY, a melting pot for locals and hotel guests alike. As well as being a destination for locals and visitors to the city, we’re also the social hub of YOTEL Manchester Deansgate, serving as a space for our hotel guests to work, meet, drink and socialise.
About the role
As our Food & Beverage Manager, you will play an instrumental part in the delivery of the venue concept for MOTLEY. This will be done by working with the General Manager and YOTEL London HQ in the creation of menus, ensuring consistency & quality of the food and service being offered to our guests, as well as creating opportunities to activate the venue to attract outside guests.
Reporting to the hotel General Manager, the Food & Beverage Manager will serve as a key member of the hotel senior management team.
More specifically, responsibilities will include the following:
