Job summary

Royal Shakespeare Company is seeking Food and Beverage Assistants to deliver exceptional service across our outlets, including cafés, terrace and theatre bars. You will welcome guests, serve food and drinks, and help maintain high standards during performances and events.

This role involves working in a team and requires flexibility across evenings and weekends to support busy trading periods and special events.

Qualifications

• Deliver friendly, welcoming and efficient service to guests.
• Work collaboratively with front of house, kitchen and events teams.
• Understand basic food hygiene and safety regulations (training provided).
• Be reliable and take responsibility for assigned areas and tasks.
• Have a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Be adaptable and respond positively to changing menus, service styles and event requirements.

Whether welcoming guests attending a world-class performance, enjoying a meal in our Rooftop Restaurant, or joining us for a special event, you'll play an important role in making every visit memorable.

These are variable hours positions which help us support busy trading periods and special events throughout the year. We are looking for people who can work flexibly across a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
