Job summary

Daniel Thwaites is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Assistant to join our busy team. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and help maintain high standards of hospitality in a lively venue.

Experience in bar, café or restaurant is preferred, but a great work ethic and personality are most important. We offer training, progression opportunities, and a supportive environment.

We operate all day, every day, and value teamwork, customer care and a warm welcome for every guest.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar, café or restaurant is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Friendly, personable and able to represent the brand positively.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly smile and take food and drink orders.
• Serve guests and maintain high standards of hospitality and cleanliness.
• Assist with menu suggestions and recommendations to guests.
• Prepare and lay tables for guests and ensure smooth service throughout the shift.
• Support team and contribute to a positive working environment.
