Thwaites in Cirencester is hiring a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our friendly team. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver great hospitality in a busy environment. Training and progression are available, with tips and supportive benefits to help you grow with us.

We offer 28 days annual leave (33 after 5 years), discounted accommodation and food across our properties, pension and life assurance, and an Employee Assistance Programme to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• Need to deliver warm hospitality in a busy environment.
• Previous bar, cafe or restaurant experience is a plus but not essential.
• Great work ethic and personable approach are important.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly manner.
• Take food and drink orders and serve guests with a high standard of service.
• Make menu recommendations and assist with selections.
• Set up tables and ensure dining areas are tidy and welcoming.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout shifts.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and guest satisfaction.

Your day to day as a Food & Beverage Assistant.

• As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will take food and drink orders and serve guests with a brilliant customer service ethic
