Qualifications

• Previous experience at a high pace restaurant environment.
• Available full time, flexible to do morning, day and evening shifts.

• Knowledge of food and table preparation techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Good level of English and communication skills; other languages desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, direct to tables and present menus.
• Manage reservations and keep slots up to date.
• Arrange tables and assist with floor preparation.
• Take orders, deliver food and assist guests during meals; assist chefs with sourcing ingredients.
• Keep bar stocked with beverages at all times.
• Clear tables after events and assist in closing the restaurant.

What you will be doing?

• Greeting guests as they arrive at the restaurant, directing guests to tables and providing menus.
• Booking any reservations and keeping reservations slots up to date
• Arranging tables and assisting with the preparation of floor
• Taking orders and delivering food to guests and assist them during their mealAssisting Chefs by sourcing ingredients from the stock room or the kitchen
• Keep the bar and drinks stocked with beverages at all times
• Clearing down tables and chairs after the events as well as assist in closing the restaurant after a shift

Requirements

• Previous experience at a high pace restaurant environment
• Avaliable full time, flexible to do morning, day and evening shifts
• Ability to provide guests with the up to date information and advice on food as well as beverage
• Knowledge of food and table preparation techniques
• Ability to demonstrate ownership and communicate effectively with team members
• Good level of English and communication skills. (Other languages are always desirable!)
