Job summary

Daniel Thwaites is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our welcoming team in Keswick. You will greet guests, take orders, serve drinks and meals, and contribute to our high hospitality standards.

Open all day, every day, this busy role offers training, progression, and benefits including paid annual leave, pension, and staff discounts. A friendly personality and great customer service are key to success in our busy venues.

Qualifications

• Experience in a bar, café or restaurant is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and friendly personality.
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm smile and provide friendly service.
• Take orders for food and drinks and deliver to tables or counters.
• Make menu recommendations and assist with suggestions.
• Prepare tables and ensure standards are maintained.
• Ensure guests have an enjoyable visit and are keen to return.

Your day to day as a Food & Beverage Assistant.
