Avery Healthcare, a leading UK care provider, seeks a warm, enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member for Silvermere Care Home in Surrey. You will support dining services and assist residents with meals in a compassionate, respectful environment.

Role emphasizes high hygiene, resident-focused service, and adherence to SOPs. DBS check and UK work eligibility required.

Formación

• Demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene.
• Demonstrate compassion and commitment to the delivery of culinary services to residents.
• Have experience of working in a similar setting, restaurant or hotel would be desirable.
• A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Support with the dining service and assisting residents with their meals.
• Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options at the time of dining.
• Ensuring that dining tables are set in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
• Keeping front of house clean, tidy and well-presented, and that dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
• Ensuring fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas are replenished throughout the day as well as finger food and fresh fruit options.
• Being aware of resident’s dietary requirements.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member will be to support with the dining service and assisting residents with their meals.
