Avery Healthcare is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member at Westbourne Tower Care Home in Bournemouth, Dorset, to support dining services for residents. You’ll assist with meal choices, ensure tables are set correctly, and keep dining areas tidy while replenishing cakes, fruit and finger foods throughout the day.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for resident wellbeing, demonstrate high hygiene standards, and have experience in hospitality.

• Experience in a similar setting, restaurant or hotel desirable.
• A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial.

We’re now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award‑winning team as a Food and Beverage Team Member at Westbourne Tower Care Home in Bournemouth, Dorset.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member will be to support with the dining service and assisting residents with their meals .

Other responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options at the time of dining.
• Ensuring that dining tables are set in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
• Keeping front of house clean, tidy and well‑presented, and that dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
• Ensuring fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas are replenished throughout the day as well as finger food and fresh fruit options.
• Being aware of resident’s dietary requirements.
