Job summary

The Pheasant Hotel in Norfolk is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our coastal team. You’ll deliver warm, friendly service across restaurant, bar and outdoor dining, coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house colleagues to create memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Providing warm, friendly and professional customer service.
• Serving food and beverages in our restaurant, bar and outdoor dining areas.
• Preparing tables and ensuring dining areas are clean and welcoming.
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Working closely with kitchen and FOH teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
• Helping create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you’ll play a key rolein creating memorable experiences for our guests by:

• Providingwarm, friendly and professional customer service.
• Servingfood and beverages in our restaurant, bar and outdoor dining areas.
• Preparingtables and ensuring all dining areas are clean, welcoming and beautifullypresented.
• Takingfood and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Workingclosely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver exceptionalservice.
• Maintaininghigh standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
• Helpingcreate a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return.
