Job summary

The Inn Collection Group is seeking a Front of House Supervisor for its Coniston location, a Lakeland landmark with stunning lake views. You will greet guests, supervise service, and support the team to deliver warm, memorable experiences in a bustling inn with rooms.

Working closely with the Assistant Manager, you’ll guide the team, resolve issues, and maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced hospitality setting that celebrates heart‑felt hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience in hospitality.
• Strong customer-service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and oversee front-of-house service to ensure a warm, memorable experience.
• Lead and support the FOH team, coordinating with the Assistant Manager.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and maintain smooth operations.
• Uphold brand standards and contribute to a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
