Job summary

Inn Collection Group is expanding its front-of-house team to support our busy Inns across the Lake District. You’ll travel from Morecambe to multiple inns, with transport arranged and costs covered by the company, joining a friendly, supportive team.

Shifts vary in time, offering a warm, welcoming guest experience and opportunities to grow in hospitality. If you enjoy fast-paced service and putting guests first, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and a welcoming manner
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders with a warm, friendly approach
• Serve dishes and beverages from the kitchen and bar
• Suggest drinks from the selection and upsell where appropriate
• Ensure guest areas are clean, tidy and welcoming throughout the shift
• Provide attentive service to ensure a memorable visit

We have an exciting new opportunity for a team of skilled and reliable front-of-house professionals to support our busy Inns across the Lake District.

This is a newly created role, offering the chance to work across a variety of our beautiful locations as part of a friendly and supportive team. You’ll travel from Morecambe to our Inns across the Lake District with other members of the team, with all travel arrangements organised by The Inn Collection Group and the cost of transport fully covered.

The role will involve a variety of shift times, with shifts planned to be long enough to make the journey worthwhile. You’ll play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, helping to ensure our Inns are ready for a busy day and providing friendly, attentive service throughout your shift.
