Job summary

BAO Soho is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to help lead smooth, joyful service and support the front of house team on shift. This hands-on role is perfect for someone confident on the floor, great with people, and ready to take the first step into a leadership position.

You’ll train new starters, run a busy section, and assist the manager to keep service running smoothly. We offer strong growth within a warm, bustling environment with clear opportunities in hospitality leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the FOH team during busy shifts and acting as shift lead when needed.
• Running sections and helping keep service smooth, efficient, and joyful.
• Training new starters and sharing knowledge with the team.
• Handling guest feedback and ensuring high standards of service and presentation.
• Supporting managers with floor plans, checklists, and daily briefings.
• Being a reliable and positive presence on the floor.
