BAO Soho is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to help lead smooth, joyful service and support the front of house team on shift. This hands-on role is perfect for someone confident on the floor, great with people, and ready to take the first step into a leadership position.

You’ll train new starters, run a busy section, and work closely with the management team to keep service flowing with warmth and consistency, while seizing growth opportunities in hospitality.

The Restaurant

Nestled in the heart of Soho, our original BAO site opened in 2015 and quickly became a cult favourite - earning critical acclaim and holding onto a Michelin Bib Gourmand for an impressive nine years running. Inspired by the lively Xiao Chi houses of Taiwan, BAO Soho is where the journey began: serving up fluffy signature BAOs and bold Taiwanese small eats in a buzzing, intimate space.

The Position

At BAO, we care deeply about creating memorable experiences - for our guests and our teams. As Supervisor, you’ll help set the tone during service, lead by example on the floor, and support your manager in keeping things running smoothly.

You’ll be someone the team can rely on, whether that’s training new starters, running a busy section, or jumping in wherever needed. It’s a hands-on role with real opportunity to grow.
