The East Putney Tavern, part of Mosaic Pub & Dining, on Upper Richmond Road, offers a vibrant atmosphere for memorable moments. We are seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead daily operations, guide staff, and ensure guests have outstanding experiences.

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in the smooth and successful operation of our business. You will lead by example, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining a positive and safe environment for both staff and guests. This position requires a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and support team members during shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
• Support and guide team members during shifts, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.
• Take charge of running individual shifts, ensuring seamless service and operational efficiency.
